A staunch Aston Villa supporter and winner of Worst Moustache in Recruitment, Giles focuses on senior appointments across the US industrials & manufacturing scene.
Particularly interested in SME/SMBs with a revenue range between $5m-$100m, Giles can support these appointments directly with the organisation, or through its investing ownership body (private equity, family office, permanent capital etc).
Giles has built a reputation for being a highly trusted consultant in the market, and will always lend an ear to anyone seeking some unbiased advice.
A proud husband, and dad of two wild boys, Giles resides in Bath, England. You’ll catch him pretending to keep fit and rewatching Sopranos for the 45th time.
Jonny Hathrill

Still clinging on to his younger years, Jonny leads an active lifestyle and enjoys running, golf and attending the local boxing gym.
Jonny is kept busy by his two young girls, as well as being driven mad by his two dogs (who he loves really). Jonny finds the time to focus on his other big passion - recruitment - where he's spent the last 10 years working within the Senior & Qualified Finance market.
Starting in Birmingham before relocating to Bristol 7 years ago, Jonny has extensive experience in both interim and permanent recruitment, and has partnered with a variety of businesses that range from start ups to multinationals.
